Ugochukwu Chukwu is an astute, well-rounded Project Manager and Procurement Consultant with many years experience in International Business Development, Strategy formulation and Procurement. He is a gifted problem solver with the unique ability to develop and apply innovative solutions to business problems. He possesses excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to perform superbly in start-up projects and critical assignments. Since taking over the leadership of the company, he has brought cutting edge innovation through IT and quality management.
Ugochukwu is an alumnus of Cambridge Arts and Science, Aston University (BSc. Business and Management), University of Warwick (MSc. Programme/Project Management) and currently midway through a PhD in Management at Walden University, USA.
He is also on the board of Roudo Nigeria Limited.
Mr. Chukwuma Nwachukwu is currently the Coordinating Director of Abbott Group in Nigeria. Mr. Nwachukwu is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered accountants of Nigeria (FCA), obtained his MSc. (Finance) from University of Calabar and later went on to attend several executive management education at University of Chicago, University of Columbia, IESE, University of Nevara in Barcelona and also Lagos Business School. He is a distinguished member of CFC, Institute of Financial Consultants – Canada, GSB, University of Chicago, USA amongst others.
Chukwuma has extensive experience in Financial Services,Audit, Tax Consultancy and Management.
Whilst in the bank, he held such positions as the Financial Controller, General Manager Commercial Banking Group supervising Energy & Gas Desk, International Operations, I.T & Telecom businesses, Corporate strategy and Debt Restructuring, Mergers and acquisition.
Mr. NWACHUKWU was the lead manager that successfully merged  Devcom bank and Equitorial Trust bank in 2005.
Chukwuma left banking in 2008 to found North Eastern Capital Limited that recently acquired controlling shares in Societe General Bank of Nigeria.

Barrister Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu is presently the company secretary and Head Legal of Abbott Oil & Gas Services Limited. Mr. Iwuanyanwu is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, NBA.
He obtained his LLB from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). Mr. Iwuanyanwu is currently a fellow of the Chattered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators, CHMC. He had attended several courses both within and outside Nigeria.
Mr. Iwuanyanwu is the founding partner of Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu and Associates, a Law firm of immense corporate experience.
A consummate professional with over 18 years’ experience in Banking, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Strategy. A graduate of Banking and Finance from University of Nigeria Nsukka. He also holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Business Management from Metropolitan School of Business & Management, United Kingdom. An Associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (ANIM), Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers, he also has a Project Management and Extra-Value Certified Professional Certificate from Harvard Associates. He has attended several courses variously facilitated by The Lagos Business School, Leadership and Vision, Lafferty, Euro Finance, British Council, and McGhee Productivity Solutions.
Emmett attended the University of Surrey, England where earned an Msc in Structural Engineering. He also holds an B. Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering.
Emmett has over 20 years work experience in construction with specific expertise in the operations, contract, health and safety management, and permanent and temporary works design of civil marine engineering projects. He is a member of Engineers Ireland and holds the CEng MIEI qualification. Emmett is Irish.

Abbott Oil Services Limited was incorporated as a private limited liability company in 2002 to carry out the business of providing engineering, construction and installation, drilling support, Asset integrity, Fabrication & Erection, strategic procurement, Marine Technology and manpower supply services. In the long term, it is the intention of the promoters of the company to diversify the ownership structure at the Nigeria Stock Exchange or through debt to equity funding from foreign investment.
