Ugochukwu Chukwu is an astute, well-rounded Project Manager and Procurement Consultant with many years’ experience in International Business Development, Strategy formulation and Procurement. He is a gifted problem solver with the unique ability to develop and apply innovative solutions to business problems. He possesses excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to perform superbly in start-up projects and critical assignments. Since taking over the leadership of the company, he has brought cutting edge innovation through IT and quality management.

Ugochukwu is an alumnus of Cambridge Arts and Science, Aston University (BSc. Business and Management), University of Warwick (MSc. Programme/Project Management) and currently midway through a PhD in Management at Walden University, USA.

He is also on the board of  Roudo Nigeria Limited.

Dr. Aloysius A. Aguwa is the Director in charge of the Environmental Group of Abbott Oil Services Limited with more than 30 years experience in Research, Engineering; Teaching and Administration. He is presently an International and National Environmental Consultant. In consideration of his technical experience and his knowledge of the environmental needs of nations, Imo State Government appointed him the Honorable Commissioner for Petroleum and Environment from 2007 to 2011.

Prior to his appointment as Commissioner, Dr. Aloysius A. Aguwa had directed numerous environmental projects in the United States, Canada,Mexico and Nigeria and advised corporate and government executing projects on a variety of environmental issues.  In 2004, Dr Aguwa made several presentations in Nigeria.  These include: the Department of Petroleum Resources, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd; National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS) and Federal Ministry of Environment.  Dr. Aguwa is familiar with the perception of Nigeria by the World organizations regarding environmental issues especially around the Delta and believes that much work needs to be done.

Dr. Aguwa was the Chief Consultant and Co-owner of Chemical & Environmental Engineering Ltd., based in Imo State, Nigeria.  In this capacity he has directed and managed Environmental Impact Assessment Studies, Environmental Audits and presently managing the upgrade of a dumpsite in Nigeria.  This engineered landfill will be the first of its kind in Nigeria.  Also, Dr. Aguwa is presently advising many entities within Nigeria on how to environmentally manage solid waste in a cost effective manner. He is a certified Chemical Engineer.

Mr. Chukwuma Nwachukwu is currently the Coordinating Director of Abbott Group in Nigeria. Mr. Nwachukwu is a fellow of the Instistute of Chartered accountants of Nigeria (FCA), obtained his MSc. (Finance) from University of Calabar and later went on to attend several executive management education at University of Chicago, University of Columbia, IESE, University of Nevara in Barcelona and also Lagos Business School. He is a distinguished member of CFC, Institute of Financial Consultants – Canada, GSB, University of Chicago, USA amongst others.

Chukwuma has extensive experience in Financial Services,Audit, Tax Consultancy and Management.

Whilst in the bank, he held such positions as the Financial Controller, General Manager – Commercial Banking Group supervising Energy & Gas Desk, International Operations, I.T & Telecom businesses, Corporate strategy and Debt Restructuring, Mergers and acquisition.
Mr. NWACHUKWU was the lead manager that successfully merged  Devcom bank and Equitorial Trust bank in 2005.
Chukwuma left banking in 2008 to found North Eastern Capital Limited that recently acquired controlling shares in Societe General Bank of Nigeria.

He is a founding director in the following successful enterprises in Nigeria:

  • Boaz Capital Group and
  • Pathway Insurance Brokers Limited

Idongesit Bassey is the Director in charge of the Energy & Power Group of the company, is an Alumnus of the prestigious Wharton School,University of Pennsylvania, USA and the Lagos Business School.  Bassey holds the B.sc in Agricultural Economics/Extension from the University of Calabar, Executive MBA from Lagos Business School and AMP from Wharton school. He has attended several local and international training in core areas such as Leadership, Maritime and Ports Administration, Aviation Financing, PPP and Infrastructure funding, Energy, Power, etc.

He is an entrepreneur and Financial Consultant with 20 years experience in the Financial Services sector of the Nigerian economy.  While in the Banking sector, Mr. Bassey had hands-on experience in the Commercial and Investment banking group, Public Sector, Export desk, Oil & Gas, Maritime and Free Trade Zones, Transport (Road and Aviation) and Operations group among others. He led the FCMB Syndication team to provided funds to Bi-Courtney for the building of the Domestic airport terminal- MMA 11 in Lagos. He left First City Monument Bank as a General Manager in 2008 to set up Daystar Capital Limited.

Mr. Osigwe is the CEO of RBF Energy Resources Limited an independent petroleum marketing company and presently appointed as a director in Abbott Oil Services Limited. Mr. Osigwe started his career with Afribank Nigeria Plc in Credit & Marketing later in Credit Admin, Control and Recovery Manager before moving to Equity Bank of Nigeria as Head of Business Development at a branch of the bank in 2001 and in 2003 was promoted as the Branch Manager with responsibilities of growing the balance sheet of the bank. He later became the Regional Branch Manager with Intercontinental Bank until 2008 where he resigned to pursue his other entrepreneurial areas of interest.

Mr. Osigwe is a graduate of Accountancy from Abia State University and an MBA in Marketing from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria. He has attended several management development training with Lagos Business School on courses ranging from Customer Relationship Management to Risk Management. He has over fifteen years professional experiences in banking, oil and gas, technology and entrepreneurship.

Emmett attended the University of Surrey, England where he bagged a PG Diploma in Project Management before further earning a B. Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Engineering.

Emmett has over 20 years work experience in construction with specific expertise in the operations, contract, health and safety management, and permanent and temporary works design of civil marine engineering projects. He is a member of Engineers Ireland and holds the CEng MIEI qualification. Emmett is Irish.

Patrick attended the College of Technology, Bolton
Street, Dublin, and the British Institute of Engineering Technology, Berkshire, England. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is also a member of different professional bodies including the Institute of Plant Engineers, the Institute of Refrigeration and the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Patrick has about 40 years Business and Commercial experience in the Specialist Construction Industry and various other business sectors including: Agriculture and Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Chemical, Brewery, Telecommunications and Service Sectors. Patrick established and ran a Specialist Construction Companies which he has now divested.

Also, in 2004 he set up and ran a Business Development Consultancy Practice offering business consultancy services to companies and individuals. Patrick has worked in different countries around Europe and as well as Libya, Bangladesh and China.
